"How soon will I receive my order?"
Most orders shipped within the Continental United States will be delivered within 7 to 10 days of being processed. For orders to AK, HI, PR, USVI, APO, or FPO, please allow two to four weeks for delivery.
Please note: Some jewelry items are "Special Order" and may take an additional 2 weeks to arrive (above the regular shipping time). This is indicated on the product display for the item.
"I'm from Canada, Mexico, or overseas. Can I place an order with you?"
Yes, please call 717-761-7045, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., E.S.T., to place your order.
"I'm having a problem adding items to my cart, they keep disappearing. What should I do?"
Please set your browser to enable "cookies." These cookies are not fattening. Cookies are tiny files that enable your computer to remember what products you have placed in your shopping cart. We do not collect any personally identifiable information about your shopping habits on our site.
"What is your return policy?"
All products, except software, cassettes, CDs, videos, DVDs, holiday items, skin care items and products from our Clearance Department are returnable within 30 days for a full refund or credit as long as they are in saleable condition. You must contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. We are not able to provide refunds or credit for products returned without an RA number.
"What do I do if my order arrives damaged?"
Immediately, contact our Customer Service department and explain the damage, giving your full name, customer ID, phone numbers (day and evening), and e-mail address. You must notify us no later than 30 days after receipt of the damaged product.
"How come my order arrived incomplete?"
Sometimes, our suppliers can't supply us fast enough, so we run out of product. If this happens, we will do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible. Your packing slip indicated any items that were not enclosed. Please wait two weeks before contacting Customer Service regarding any back ordered items. Your additional product may already be on its way to you.
"Is everything in your paper catalog here in your web store?"
